BBQ Local name Siji

Hi
I am telling you a crispy delicious local dish that is very famous across Balochistan Baloch tribes spreading from Iran, Pakistan and upto Afghanistan. It's cooking is very simple but you will find this dish very delicious. Rather I would say it is a delicacy. Take one leg/ham and pass iron/steal rod through it. Insert iron rod vertically in the ground, remember meat should not touch ground just some inches away from ground. Rub some salt on mutton leg/ham. Ignite bonfire around the leg and then bring big coal nearer to so that you can bake it from the buring coal heat. The advantage of such crispy delicious cuisine is that you get rid of extra fats due to burning coal heat from the mutton. I hope you will enjoy!!!
Bye
